My Thoughts on “There and Back Again” by Bilbo Baggins (I mean “The Hobbit” by JRR Tolkien – sorry couldn’t help myself)

I recently read “The Hobbit” to my nine-year-old twin daughters, and they loved it!

“The Hobbit” has long been a favorite book of mine, and I was excited to share it with my children.  The girls loved it from start to finish, and I had a lot of fun re-visiting the story as well.

They loved it so much that this winter, when we went out to build a snowman, we decided to build the Lonely Mountain, the Misty Mountains, Rivendell, Gollum’s cave, and the Shire instead.
