I used to be involved in taekwondo and I loved it! Since then, I’ve gotten a bit lazy, haha.

WHAT IS THE GENRE AND AUDIENCE FOR THIS BOOK:

Fantasy – people in their 20s and 30s who love fantasy books

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRED YOU TO WRITE THIS BOOK:

I loved the idea of the early colonies and I had already done Jamestown in a previous story. So, Roanoke gave me the chance to play with the fantasy elements of it and still be true to history.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR BOOK:

Roanoke and what happened to the early colony is a mystery. No one knows how the colony disappeared. Some people think it was a fight with Native Americans, or disease, but the truth is far, far worse. Every thousand years, a new Phoenix King rises and now, this one has come to Roanoke.
