My Thoughts on “Road to Fablehaven” by Brandon Mull

 

My kids and my wife loved the Fablehaven Series by Brandon Mull, but I was not a fan.  I am generally not a fan of mid-grade fantasy series.  But I do appreciate the effort Mull put into create the Fablehaven world, and think he did a great job with it.

My wife highly recommended that I listen to a talk Brandon Mull gave called “Road to Fablehaven.” It was about how Mull came about to write the Fablehaven Series.

I thought the talk was excellent, and he was led to the right place in the right time to release Fablehaven and inspire young adult readers around the world, including my children.

Mr. Mull, I know it is very unlikely you will ever see this, or hear of me, but I wanted to say thank you for that talk.  It was a great inspirational talk about how you became a published and full-time author.
